Special Music Makers, Dawlish

You and your child enjoy 30 minutes of music making with professional musician, teacher  and mum to a child on the Autistic Spectrum, Cecilia Middleton.

During the break, your child can explore sensory toys in the treasure basket, or play a turn-taking game. You can enjoy coffee and cake and chat to other carers of special children. The perfect start to your week!

Children with sensory issues can take themselves into the sensory tent. Inside are cushions and a few sensory toys.

Where? Dawlish Christian Fellowship, The Old School, Old Town Street, Dawlish EX7 9AL

What age? Primary aged children with additional needs.

When? Monday after school, during term time.

  • 4.15-4.45: Special Music Maker class  (Only 2 spaces leftBOOK YOUR SPACE NOW!)
  • 4.45-5-15: Coffee and cake break with toys, treasure baskets and turn-taking games

  1. Hi My sons teacher gave me a leaflet about your group for my son callum who is 7 and at Westcliffe school. He has a twin brother and 3 year old sister. Please could you let me know if there are any spaces left for tomorrow. I know it late. Kind regards, Lynnsay. x

    Yes, there are a couple of spaces left. I’ll save you a place for you all. So far I think that all the people coming are from Westcliff! Should be fun, I’ll see you tomorrow. Cecilia

    The Special Music Maker classes are for primary aged children with additional needs. At the moment the ages range from 7-10. Please let me know if you think they would suitable for you and your son.
